After watching the game Friday night against Williamstown I was very disappointed in the decisions made by the Magnolia coaching staff. Set aside the the horrible miscommunication between the sideline and the huddle and the extreme amount of mindless penalties but the fact is the players were completely drained by the 4th quarter. We completely ignore one of our biggest assets of having plenty of boys wanting to play and decide to utilize the same 8 or 10 guys for the entire game playing both sides of the ball. This is High School, time to pick a specialty and and work on it... we have the pool of guys... develop what you've got... thats what your paid to do. Half the team was cramping up by the 4th quarter. Rotate some guys and give them a break... come on guys, this isn't rocket science...

I just want to say i am disappointed that Hundred High School is not included on your poll for how well your favorite team will do. even though we may not win as much as the rest of these schools in wetzel county, our kids have heart. I know many of them read this paper every week to see if they were mentioned in whatever sport they are playing at the time. whether it is football, basketball or baseball when you look in your county paper and they include all but your school, how do you think it makes those kids feel :( It makes me sad to see them excluded. it would be nice to be able to root for our own team on here and not be the only school excluded. please and thank you to include Hundred High School in the future. we actually might suprise you. I am proud of our kids and would vote for them every time.
