Those who wish to participate in the fundraiser are asked to bring one to three items to contribute, along with a table to display the items.

Participants are also encouraged to bring lawn chairs so that they may sit beind their sales tables and converse with shoppers.

Also, those who wish to participate are asked to bring quality items; donate items that will sell, and decide the value of the items. Cards will be available to fill in, to indicate the sales price. Any items that do not sell need to be picked up by the seller between 3-5 p.m. The fire department's fundraising dinner will be in the church's fellowship hall that day, and the area needs vacated for traffic purposes. Sale participants are asked to consider eating dinner at the fundraiser.

Those who are unable to donate an item are asked to consider simply donating cash.

All funds raised at the lawn sale will be divided equally between New Martinsville Fire Department Ladder Truck Project, The Magnolia High School Band/Music/Theatre and Art departments and The Disciples Center Ministries Fund.
