Hundred's football field officially belongs to the Wetzel County Board of Education.
On Monday, April 10, Wetzel County BOE purchased the field from the Town of Hundred.
This isn't the only change set for the football field. The board also recently approved renovations to the athletic complex in the form of the demolition of existing structures and construction for the press box and bleachers. This work will be done by Davis Athletics, LLC, located in Parkersburg.

At the April 3 board of education meeting, the board agreed that the sale contract, between the board and the Town of Hundred, would state that if Hundred High School would ever cease to exist, the Town of Hundred would have the right to purchase the field back at the original cost, along with the cost of improvements.
Demolition has started on the existing structures at the field.
The purchase price for Hundred's football field was $45,000, while the cost for renovations is $198,500.
